Finnish University of Applied Sciences

Finland follows the European "two-track" higher education system and develops and optimizes it in accordance with its own national conditions.

Finnish comprehensive universities have a long tradition, but in order to meet the growing demand for applied talents, applied scientific research and local services, Finland has established applied science universities since the 1990s, and has clarified its mission and status by law. Since then, the establishment of the Finnish University of Applied Sciences has formed a dual pattern of common development, equal status and complementary advantages with scientific research universities.
